4 Seasons Alpacas is a family owned and operated business.

Jeff & Marianne began research into alpacas in late 2000 and purchased their first 4 animals in 2001. By 2003 their herd has grown to 22 and they have moved to a ranch sitting on 20 acres of land, nestled in a circle of mountains that turn shades of purple and magenta at sunset. Still in California and experiencing four mild seasons is a dream come true, not only for them but for their alpacas.

This is surely a peaceful lifestyle.

Waking to feed these animals is more meditation than work. Watching the birth of their crias is a wonderful and fulfilling experience. Jeff & Marianne say,
